Though the area is really loud, the apartment is based next to nice restaurants, shopping centres and high street shops, main attractions and shopping centres. Thanks to helpful staff. It has a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and fridges.

The bathroom here is a little small.

With a great and particularly good location, it's a great price for this place. Staff are affable and fairly friendly, know what the customer wants.

We stayed here for 3 fantastic nights. A train station was within 10 mins by foot.

We had a fantastic stay at Base Serviced Apartments - Sir Thomas Street. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Our apartment was modern, spacious, and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen area was great, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, the view from our apartment was amazing. Although there were a few minor issues like the approach to the building being uninviting and the showers not being the best, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location is fab near to the city centre, nice restaurants and the shops, and the rooms are exceptional.

We liked the stay, it was great. The rooms were bright.

The location was perfect, with bright windows offering great views. The bed was comfortable and the towels were big and fluffy. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent pre-stay assistance. The property was spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for larger groups. The bedrooms were lovely, and each had its own ensuite with a perfect shower. I had a fantastic experience.

It was good in general: exceptional room, magnificent location so close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the pub next door. Courteous and apologetic staff made our stay good.

Great location for exploring, spacious and nicely decorated apartments with three en-suite double bedrooms. Easy check-in process, clean bedding and comfortable beds. Parking available nearby for a reasonable fee. Useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and hoover. a convenient and well-equipped place for a group to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this place, which is conveniently located near the train station, and the staff here were very friendly and understanding.

The experience was excellent from start to finish.

Clean room and the bed was comfortable.

Having to walk across town to check In and out of room. Having to pay a 250 deposit. Windows were not triple glazed so you could hear EVERYTHING outside (pub beer barrels clattering at 7am) Walls were paper thin so you could hear the person in the other room breathe. The doors were cheap and thin MDF ones, this made me feel uneasy about leaving items in the room. Upon checking out of the hotel staff were late to open reception and when I informed them about the noise and lack of sleep I got a reply of "oh ill look into that for you" weeks later I'm still waiting on a reply.....will never stay here again!
